Questions traders ask

Does OpenForex hold my money or log in to my broker?

No. Your funds stay with your broker and OpenForex never asks for your broker password. The EA running in your own MetaTrader terminal places the orders on your account.

Which platforms are supported?

MetaTrader 5 is fully supported. MetaTrader 4 follows the same steps with a slightly different WebRequest setting.

Is profit guaranteed?

No. Trading carries a high risk of loss, and backtests or past results do not guarantee future results. Always start on a demo account.

Does my computer need to stay on?

The EA runs inside MetaTrader, so the terminal has to stay online. Many traders run it on a VPS.

Can I change just one rule?

Yes. Write correction notes and regenerate only that rule, or add and edit rules manually.

Can I sell my bot?

Yes. Publish it in the marketplace with subscription plans or a one-time price. You keep 70% and the platform commission is 30%.

Can I get a refund?

Bot subscriptions are not refundable after payment, so use the free trial where it is offered. The Terms of service explain the details.
