These Terms of service (the “Terms”) govern your use of the OpenForex website, web panel, APIs, Expert Advisor (EA) integration and marketplace (together, the “Service”). OpenForex is operated by Neslyar Smart Technology Development Company (“OpenForex”, “we”, “us”).
By creating an account or using any part of the Service you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms, the Privacy policy and the Risk disclosure. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2What OpenForex is — and what it is not
OpenForex is a software tool. It helps you describe a trading strategy, turn it into rules, test it on historical data, evaluate it on live market data and send trade commands to an EA that you run on your own MetaTrader account.
- OpenForex is not a broker, dealer, exchange, bank, fund manager or investment adviser, and is not licensed as any of them.
- OpenForex never holds, receives or manages your trading funds. Your money stays with your broker, under your broker’s terms.
- OpenForex does not ask for, store or use your broker password. Orders are placed by the EA inside your terminal, on your account.
- Nothing in the Service — including AI decisions, rules, backtests, analytics, articles, tutorials or marketplace listings — is financial, investment, tax or legal advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any instrument.
3Eligibility and your account
- You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract.
- You are responsible for making sure that trading and using automated trading tools is legal where you live. Do not use the Service where it is prohibited.
- Register with accurate information and your own mobile number and email, and keep them up to date. We may ask you to verify your identity before enabling some features or payouts.
- Keep your login details secret. You are responsible for all activity under your account, including activity of team members you invite. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
- An account is personal. Selling, renting or sharing an account is not allowed.
4AI strategy and rules
You describe your strategy in your own words and the Service generates rules from it (entry, exit, money management, trailing stop and emergency close). Rules can also be added and edited manually.
- Only rules that you confirm are used for decisions. Review every rule, its English prompt and its sample chart before confirming it. Confirming a rule means you accept it as your own instruction.
- Sample charts shown next to a rule are built from AI test data, not from the live market, and only illustrate how the rule is meant to work.
- AI can misunderstand a description, make mistakes or produce different results for the same input. You are responsible for the final rules and for testing them before trading real money.
5MetaTrader connection, EA and licenses
- To trade automatically you must install and run the EA in your own MetaTrader terminal, allow the OpenForex address in WebRequest and add the license check code as described in the docs. Keeping the terminal, computer or VPS and internet connection online is your responsibility.
- A Bot runs only on MetaTrader accounts that have a valid License. Expired or deleted Licenses stop the Bot on those accounts immediately.
- You may not remove, bypass or tamper with the license check, share a licensed file with unlicensed accounts, or decompile, copy or resell an EA or Bot without the right to do so.
- Orders can be rejected, delayed, partly filled or filled at a different price by your broker because of slippage, spreads, gaps, liquidity, margin, trading hours or connection problems. OpenForex does not control your broker or terminal and is not responsible for how orders are executed.
- The free trial is limited to one month per MetaTrader account, where the Creator offers it.
6Backtests, logs and analytics
Backtests are simulations on historical candles uploaded by your EA. They depend on data quality, spreads, commissions and assumptions that may differ from live trading. Backtest results, AI decision logs and analytics — including drawdown limits, consistency rules and profit targets — are for information only and do not predict or guarantee future results.
7Marketplace — rules for Creators
- You may publish a Bot only if you own it or have all the rights needed to offer it. Before a version is listed it goes through a publication review; we may approve, reject, ask for changes, or remove a listing at any time, especially after complaints or reported issues.
- Listings must be honest. Do not promise profits, show fake or selectively chosen results, hide risks, or copy someone else’s images, text or strategies.
- You set your prices for the available plans (monthly, 3, 6 and 9 months, annual, lifetime, one-time purchase and an optional one-month free trial). The platform commission is 30% of each sale; your share is settled to your wallet according to the payout schedule shown in the panel, after any refunds, chargebacks or legal deductions.
- You must support your Buyers in good faith: answer tickets and reported issues within a reasonable time, keep tutorials up to date and fix serious bugs. Lifetime plans include an obligation to keep supporting the Bot.
- You are responsible for your Bot’s behaviour and for any claims arising from it. Taxes on your income are your responsibility.
8Marketplace — rules for Buyers
- A subscription gives you a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the Bot on the MetaTrader accounts licensed to you, for the period you paid for. It does not transfer ownership of the Bot or its strategy.
- Bots are reviewed for publication, but OpenForex does not guarantee any Bot’s performance and does not endorse any Creator’s claims. Test every Bot on a demo account first.
- Use the bot panel to contact the Creator, report issues and leave reviews. Reviews must be honest and are shown after moderation.
9Subscriptions, wallet and payments
- Prices are shown in Toman (or another currency shown at checkout) and are paid through the payment gateways offered in the panel. You may also pay from your OpenForex wallet balance.
- Paid access starts when the payment is confirmed. Subscriptions end at the end of the paid period unless you renew them.
- Because access to digital content and software is delivered immediately, payments for Bot subscriptions and OpenForex plans are not refundable after payment, except where the law requires a refund or where the Service could not be delivered because of a fault on our side.
- If a payment fails, is reversed or is suspected to be fraudulent, we may suspend the related access until it is resolved.
- We may change prices or plans in the future. Changes do not affect a period you have already paid for.
10Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Service for any unlawful purpose, including fraud, money laundering, market manipulation or breaking the rules of your broker or prop-firm;
- reverse engineer, scrape, overload or attack the Service, its APIs or other Users’ accounts;
- upload malware or content that infringes other people’s rights or is offensive or misleading;
- post fake reviews, create multiple accounts to abuse free trials, or interfere with licensing;
- resell or provide the Service to third parties without our written permission.
11Intellectual property
The Service, its software, design, brand and content belong to OpenForex or its licensors. You keep ownership of the strategies, descriptions, files and other content you create. You give us a limited licence to host, process and display that content only as needed to run the Service — for example to generate rules, run backtests, keep versions and, if you publish a Bot, show its listing.
12Third-party services
The Service works with products we do not control, such as MetaTrader, brokers, payment gateways, messaging apps and AI model providers. Their terms apply to your use of them. MetaTrader is a trademark of MetaQuotes Ltd; OpenForex is not affiliated with or endorsed by MetaQuotes or by any broker.
13Availability and changes to the Service
We work to keep the Service available and accurate, but it is provided “as is” and “as available”. It may be interrupted for maintenance, updates or reasons outside our control, and features may be added, changed or removed. A missed or delayed signal, decision or command because of downtime is a known risk of automated trading.
14Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, OpenForex is not liable for any trading losses, lost profits, missed opportunities, or indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, AI decisions, Bots bought in the marketplace, broker execution or interruptions of the Service. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the event that caused the claim.
You agree to compensate OpenForex for claims and costs caused by your breach of these Terms, your Bots or your misuse of the Service.
15Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Service and ask us to close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account, remove a Bot or block Licenses if these Terms are broken, if required by law, or to protect Users or the Service. Sections that by their nature should survive (such as liability, intellectual property and payment obligations) continue after termination.
16Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and important changes are announced in the panel or by email. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
17Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Iran. Please contact support first so we can try to resolve any issue amicably; if that is not possible, disputes are referred to the competent courts of Tehran. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in force. If translations differ, the Persian version prevails.
