Privacy policy

1Data we collect

• Account data: name, email, mobile number, password (stored only as a secure hash), profile image, language and, when needed, identity verification documents.
• Bot and strategy data: bot information, strategy descriptions, generated and manual rules, versions, notes, images, tutorials and team membership.
• MetaTrader and license data: MetaTrader account numbers, broker or server names and license details such as names and expiry dates. We never ask for your broker password.
• Trading data sent by the EA: candles, bid/ask prices, open positions, trade commands, executed trades and their results, plus the AI decision logs and analytics built from them.
• Payment data: invoices, plan, amount, wallet transactions and payment status. Card details are handled by the payment gateway, not by OpenForex.
• Support and marketplace data: tickets, reported issues, comments, reviews and messages with Creators or Buyers.
• Technical data: IP address, device and browser type, log files and security events, and cookies needed to keep you signed in.

2How we use your data

• to create and secure your account and provide the features you use;
• to generate rules from your strategy, evaluate them on market data, run backtests and build analytics;
• to check Licenses and deliver trade commands to your EA;
• to process payments, payouts, invoices and wallet balances;
• to provide support, prevent fraud and abuse, and fix errors;
• to send service messages (security, payments, changes) and, if you agree, product news — you can opt out of news at any time;
• to meet legal obligations.

3AI processing

To generate rules and AI decisions, your strategy text, rules and the related market data are processed by AI models, which may be run by carefully selected service providers. We send only what is needed for the task, and we do not allow providers to use your data to advertise to you. We do not sell your strategies.

4Who can see your data

• Team members you invite can see the Bot sections allowed by their role (owner, editor or viewer).
• When you subscribe to a Bot, its Creator can see what is needed to manage your License and support you, such as your name, MetaTrader account number and broker, and your tickets and reviews.
• Service providers that host, process payments, send messages, run AI models or help with security, under contracts that require them to protect your data.
• Authorities, when the law requires it.

We do not sell your personal data.

5Retention

We keep data while your account is active and as long as needed for the purposes above. Payment and invoice records are kept for the period required by law. When you delete a Bot or your account, related data is deleted or anonymised within a reasonable time, except where we must keep it for legal, security or dispute reasons.

6Security

We use encrypted connections, hashed passwords, access controls and monitoring to protect your data. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong password and keep your login details private.

7Your rights

You can view and update most of your data in the panel. You can also ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it or stop certain processing, within the limits of the law. Email us and we will reply within a reasonable time.

8Cookies

We use essential cookies and local storage to keep you signed in, remember your language and keep the Service secure. If we use analytics cookies, they are used to understand how the website is used and to improve it.

9Children

The Service is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.

10Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version, and important changes are announced in the panel or by email.
